Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is located just six miles from Walt Disney World Theme Parks, offering daily transportation to major attractions, including Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The property features a 6,000-square-foot meeting space, multiple dining options, and free entry to the Surfari Water Park for all guests. SPIRE Hospitality manages the resort, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards across their properties nationwide.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Hotel and Restaurant Management certification a plus; Minimum 2-5 years of hotel management experience with a focus on front office operations or guest services; Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, accounting, and revenue management; Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively; Experience in handling guest complaints, resolving conflicts professionally, and familiarity with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
