Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in their retail stores. The role involves developing sales specialists, achieving sales targets, managing financials, store merchandising, and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience for customers.
Requirements: Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role; Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment; Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals; Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment; Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team; Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge; High school diploma or GED; One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment; Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods; At least 18 years of age; Legally authorized to work in the United States
