Requirements: Restaurant FOH 2-5 years experience; Managerial and leadership skills; High Energy; Understanding of Luxury hospitality; Warm and welcoming demeanor to staff and guests; Exceptional skills in guest services and staff leadership; Ability to multitask effectively; Exceptional knowledge of food and service; Operational skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, accounting, and cost-management; Knowledge of Toast, Tock, and CRM Programming; Strong decision-making capabilities; High communication, collaboration, and delegation skills; Fluency in English and basic wine-related languages; Proven ability in financial planning; Ability to lead and motivate teams; Strong knowledge of operational procedures; Willingness to travel or relocate within the USA
