Position: Assistant General Manager
About: As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald’s, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high standards of food quality, and drive business growth. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred; minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food environment; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; basic understanding of financial principles and restaurant management software; availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
