Requirements: 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale environment; Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals; Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
