Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred; minimum of three years relevant food & beverage management experience in high-quality, high-volume establishments; two years supervisory experience preferred in a similar setting; working knowledge of Italian food and wines; effective supervisory and communication skills; well-organized with strong problem-solving skills; knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures
