Requirements: Advanced knowledge of food and beverage industry; competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office; familiar with industry standard software; demonstrates enthusiasm for the establishment; must pass background check; some college education preferred; five to eight years in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant operation; minimum two years management/supervisory experience
