Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager – Banquets
About: Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, located at 2101 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd N, Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking a candidate to assist with supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations while ensuring guest and employee satisfaction within the operating budget and legal obligations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
