Position: Assistant Executive Chef
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is currently hiring an Assistant Executive Chef to assist the Executive Chef and perform various duties in the food and beverage department. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness standards, developing cost controls, calculating food costs, and more. The ideal candidate will contribute to menu development, marketing plans, and team leadership.
Requirements: Must possess an Associates degree or higher in Food and Beverage Management or related field; certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation; minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant Executive Chef; superb communication skills; ability to mentor and inspire team members; Serv-Safe certification or ability to obtain within 180 days; creative thinking and flexibility in working hours and shifts.
