Position: Assistant Executive Chef
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is currently hiring for the position of Assistant Executive Chef. The Assistant Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef, overseeing the food and beverage department and ensuring the highest standards are met. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for guests and associates, leading a team effectively, making sound business decisions, and contributing to the overall success of the property. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities and a passion for delivering top-notch service to guests and team members alike.
Requirements: Must possess an Associate’s degree or higher in Food and Beverage Management, Culinary, or related field; Certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation; Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assistant Executive Chef and 10 years in high-volume food production environments; Strong communication skills; Serv-Safe certification or willing to obtain within 180 days; Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
