Requirements: Associates or higher degree in food service management or hospitality; Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager or equivalent national certification; compliance with State requirements for food service manager or dietary managers; Serve Safe Certified; 2-3 years supervisory experience in culinary food preparation or kitchen environment; exemplary computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
