Position: Assistant Director, Operations
About: Town Center at Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team in the Facility Maintenance Operations role. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as managing property safety systems, overseeing procurement and application of goods and services, and ensuring the property operates efficiently and safely at all times.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum three years of experience in facility/maintenance operations; ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, and other schematics; effective communication skills both orally and in writing; proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant programs; flexibility, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and solve problems efficiently; valid Driver’s License; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
