Position: Assistant Director of Property Operations
About: The Greyson Hotel is looking for a Property Operations – Assistant Director to oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including physical, mechanical, and electrical structures, HVAC systems, and related equipment, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities also include managing rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience operating large property facilities. Obtain required licenses and permits for full compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
