Position: Assistant Director of People and Culture
About: Four Seasons Hotel Denver is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join their team. The hotel offers a luxurious experience with ultra-spacious guest rooms, private residences, a top-rated restaurant, and a luxury spa in the heart of Denver’s theatre district.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of experience in a related leadership position, preferably in luxury hospitality; experience in People & Culture leadership and strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, and exposure to other People and Culture functions; excellent communication skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills; preferred knowledge of labor law, Workday HRIS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
