Position: Assistant Director of Operations
About: The Assistant Director of Operations at Inclusive Collection is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of the hotel’s Rooms Division, F&B Division, Spa, Recreation, and Gas Station departments. This role involves strong leadership skills and the flexibility to work various shifts as needed. The position includes exposure to Front Office operations, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Gas Station, and Spa & Recreation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality management experience required; refined verbal and written communication skills; experience in Rooms Management highly desired; valid Driver’s License required; availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
