Position: Assistant Director of Operations
About: Denny Sanford PREMIER Center located at 1201 N. West Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility. This role will involve managing a team and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures in a dynamic event environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from technical college with a major in Management or Maintenance Engineering; minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising or managing in a similar facility; additional experience may be substituted for education; supervisory experience required; excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively supervise staff; basic working knowledge of electrical and plumbing; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 30-hour OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
