Position: Assistant Director of Operations

Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of Operations/Housekeeping experience in a sports and entertainment facility; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; Experience in facility operations and events; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required; Experience with youth sports and community ice rinks a plus; Understanding of event and on-ice programming; Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and deadline-focused; Forklift certified or ability to be certified; Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required; Knowledge of OSHA requirements; Knowledge of Ice operations/refrigeration; Knowledge of Fire Alarm/Fire Protection systems; Knowledge of Burglar/Hold up Alarm systems
