Position: Assistant Director of Operations
About: Puttshack is a high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, and social entertainment venue with multiple tech-enabled miniature golf courses. The Assistant Director of Operations will assist with leading a team of associates and oversee the Food and Beverage programs and venue operations at a Puttshack location, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest services that align with the company’s standards and values.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venues with $6MM+ in sales; at least 4 years of experience in a management role leading departments and developing teams; proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets; strong knowledge of food and beverage operations; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; tech-savvy and adaptable to change; flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel; must pass a post-offer background check
