Position: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
About: Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a 4-Star Full-Service property by Hyatt nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and overlooking Impressive Mountain views, is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to lead their ambitious engineering team and oversee various projects within the hotel. The resort offers exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis, providing a unique guest experience.
Requirements: 5 years of Engineering Supervisory/Management experience in a similar resort setting required; must have any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits; high school diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree or Technical School experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail; ability to repair and maintain various building and grounds equipment; ability to operate mechanical equipment and tools; proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; knowledge in preventive maintenance programs; technical knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering; strong leadership and team player; organized with strong attention to detail
