About: The Presbyterian Community is offering a leadership position as an Assistant Director of Culinary Services. This role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dining Department to ensure exceptional dining experiences for PCSC residents.
Requirements: Education: Associates Degree, Certified Dietary Manager Certification, and ServSafe Certification; Experience: Three or more years in a supervisory culinary role; Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft software programs, strong planning, organizing, leadership, and team management skills, comprehensive knowledge of food service systems and administration; Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Preferred Experience: Direct experience working in senior living as a culinary supervisor
