About: The Presbyterian Community is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Culinary Services. This leadership role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dining Department.
Requirements: Education: Associates Degree, Certified Dietary Manager Certification, along with ServSafe Certification; Experience: Three or more years in a supervisory culinary role; Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft software programs, strong planning, organizing, leadership, and team management skills, comprehensive knowledge of food service systems and administration; Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Preferred Experience: Direct experience working in senior living as a culinary supervisor
