Position: Assistant Dining Room Manager
About: Our club in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking to hire a full-time Dining Room Assistant Manager. The role involves ensuring high standards of appearance, hospitality, and service for staff, maintaining cleanliness, supervising dining room staff, managing the department’s budget, and enhancing revenues through various programs. The position requires a variable work schedule, including weekends and holidays, to oversee lunch and dinner services.
Requirements: Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; One+ years of restaurant supervisory experience in a private club or similar industry; Knowledge of the private club industry’s food and beverage operations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related major. Licenses and Special Requirements: Food safety certification preferred (SERV Safe); Alcoholic beverage certification preferred (TIPS). Experience in a country club environment as a supervisor and some wine knowledge are highly desirable.
