Position: Assistant Dining Director
About: The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members, dedicated to providing quality care for seniors and their families, offering high-quality care with a personal touch, and encouraging Members to enjoy life to the fullest. The ideal Assistant Dining Director will lead a team of fine dining professionals to ensure exceptional dining experiences in various service formats, including banquets, catering, bar operations, casual and formal dining, brunch, and holiday meals.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of management experience in a fine dining environment within a hotel, restaurant, or private club setting; strong organizational and planning skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized inventory systems; ability to provide effective leadership to a diverse dining team
