Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; experience in clinical leadership and mentoring RBTs; strong knowledge of ABA therapy principles and practices; excellent communication and organizational skills
