Requirements: At least two years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant; Previous supervisory experience within the culinary industry; Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement; Knowledge and understanding of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); Proficient in computer skills, including cost analysis, inventory management, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
