Position: Assistant Chef – LPM Fine Dining – The Cosmopolitan

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Chef to join our team and contribute to our exceptional dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; At least two years of experience in a supervisory role within the culinary industry; Prior experience working in a fine dining setting; Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays; Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement; Proficient in computer skills, including cost analysis, inventory management, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications
