Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in a cooking position, preferably in a fine dining kitchen; previous experience in a chef de partie or assistant chef role; familiarity with managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement; strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally; familiarity with working in a resort or casino environment, managing high-energy guest interactions
