Position: Assistant Chef – Garde Manger – Bellagio

Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2+ years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a casino setting; Working background with Collective Bargaining Agreements; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift, carry, and stand for prolonged amounts of time; Food Handlers and TAM Card required to start
