Position: Assistant Chef Employee Dining Room – Mandalay Bay

About: MGM Resorts International, a renowned entertainment company, is seeking an Assistant Chef to join their dynamic culinary operations at Mandalay Bay in the Employee Dining Room. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-volume food production and lead a large team, ensuring exceptional food standards in a buffet-style setting.

Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent; 2 or more years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant, production kitchen, or fine dining restaurant; advanced knife skills in a high-volume kitchen; supervisory experience; computer experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
