Position: Assistant Chef – EDR – MGM Grand
About: MGM Grand is looking for an Assistant Chef to help manage their teams in various outlets at the property. Join the team behind The SHOW at MGM Resorts International with an exciting mission to entertain the human race.
Requirements: 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor in a high-volume restaurant environment; High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays; 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant as well as a hotel/casino environment; Ability to work and manage multiple dining outlets at a time; Associate’s Degree in F&B and/or course certification from an accredited Culinary Institute; Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement; Experience working in a similar resort setting.
