About: The Cosmopolitan is seeking an Assistant Chef Concierge to support the operation, department hiring, training, and consistent delivery of service. The role is pivotal in maintaining high standards in guest service within the hospitality and gaming environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory/Managerial Experience in Hotel Operations; 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Guest Service; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, and/or Concierge; Active membership in the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association or Les Clefs D’or USA
