About: Subway, a renowned global brand, is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their Latin America & Caribbean Marketing & Culinary team in Miami, FL. This role involves leading and supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance market profitability across various communication channels.
Requirements: 5-7 years of experience; College degree in Business (Marketing focus), Commerce, Communications, or related field; 2 years of food service experience, preferably in Agency or Corporate Brand Marketing; Digital systems experience; QSR or hospitality experience preferred; Bilingual (English/Spanish) with Advertising Agency or Marketing Communications experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail and project management skills
