Position: Asian Cusine Cook
About: Haggen Northwest Fresh is seeking Asian Cuisine Cooks to develop and motivate a team of orient express crew members, ensuring a destination experience for guests. The role involves implementing the corporate Asian inspired program while enhancing go-to-market strategies for orient express products. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking fresh Asian cuisine, assisting guests with product selection and sales, tracking sales, building displays, and maintaining inventories. Compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements is crucial, including cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas and equipment. A food handler’s permit is required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays; ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, lifting 50 lbs, and standing for up to 8 hours; strong customer care skills
