Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of related experience; work experience in a club or hotel environment; ability to lift up to 35 pounds; proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office; ability to read technical documents and write business reports; knowledge of inventory, staff scheduling, food safety, etc.
