Position: Area Supervisor
About: Glaser Group McDonald’s restaurants are seeking an Area Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to enhance restaurant operations across multiple locations. This full-time position involves working closely with General Managers to achieve operational results and ensure high customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to excel in this role, which also involves overseeing and developing multiple restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous Supervisory experience running high performing locations; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired; ability to work various shifts, travel regularly, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; experience in coaching, setting goals, and managing restaurant P&Ls preferred.
