Position: Area Operations Manager/Restaurant Manager
About: Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Operations Manager/Restaurant Manager to run Food and Beverage Operations for their new location in Glendale, AZ opening in 2025. The company is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company with locations featuring high-speed indoor Karting, multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and restaurants & event spaces.
Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States; at least 18 years of age; strong written & verbal communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills; the desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday; work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends. Preferred: Affinity for and knowledge of Motorsports and/or competitive Go Karting; two years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume environment; proven leadership and team skills; strong training and development background; working knowledge of cost controls; basic knowledge of P&L.
