Position: Area Operations General Manager
About: ABM Technical Solutions is seeking a General Manager, Area Operations to lead their Building & Energy Solutions business in Tempe, AZ, overseeing branches in Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. The role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, team building, and profit/loss management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of five years in HVAC Service/Sales/Solutions, experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and strong leadership qualities. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or GED required; MBA and/or other advanced education desirable; minimum five (5) years in HVAC Service/Sales/Solutions field; minimum five (5) years of experience managing people; minimum of two (2) years of critical P&L focus with strategic financial planning and analysis skills; experience successfully managing multi-million-dollar budgets; strong leadership and hands-on team building qualities.
