Position: Area Manager – Gulf Coast
About: Performance Foodservice, a broadline distributor under Performance Food Group, maintains strong relationships with various local customers such as independent restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. Their team of experts provides advice on operational improvements, menu development, and product selection to help customers succeed in their business endeavors.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years of industry related experience or culinary degree equivalent; outside sales experience in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal and written presentation skills, organizational and time management skills, strong desire to build new business, strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation; ability to occasionally lift 25-30 pounds; must pass post-offer background and drug test
