Position: AREA GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; at least 5 years of General Manager experience at 4 – 5 star hotels and/or boutique hotels; Advanced knowledge of computer software (including Microsoft Office, Outlook) and web analytics tools preferred; Entrepreneurial and Leadership skills; Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy; Requires analyzing data to arrive at logical conclusions and possess highly developed communication skills; Strong references required; Travel may be required as needed for hotel familiarization, content creation shoots, and meetings; Ability to primarily work during business hours with flexibility for 24/7 hotel operations
