Requirements: 10 years of restaurant operations experience with at least 5 years in multi-unit operations; High School Diploma or GED preferred; Passion for food, service, and people; Proven track record in driving sales growth and people development; Strong business and restaurant P&L acumen; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license; Minimum age of 21; Travel required 20-80% of the time based on market
