Requirements: Displays strong knowledge of recipes, line builds, prep specifications, and ingredients; experience in managing multi-unit restaurants, hotels, or other culinary operations in a leadership position; exemplifies positive culture, ethics, and brand ambassadorship; five years’ experience as an executive chef in a high-volume, upscale setting; exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and motivational skills; ability to work well under pressure; attention to detail, well-organized, and able to multi-task; high level of personal initiative, action, and results orientation; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
