Position: Architectural Project Manager

About: INNOVA Architects is seeking a full-time Project Architect to manage federal design service contracts with the Department of Defense and other local government agencies. The position provides management and guidance through the design process, focusing on generating solutions and upholding quality control and technical standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Architect, take pride in their work, be a capable leader, and have a desire to create impactful Architecture for communities. Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture, preferable Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or eligible work experience for registration (AIA); Licensed as a WA state architect; 8+ years of experience in all architectural design phases and 5 years as a licensed Architect; Proficient with construction codes and jurisdictional requirements; Adept at coordinating design teams, technical consultants, and Owners; Fluent in current BIM modeling tools and workflows such as Autodesk Revit; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, and team asset; NCARB, LEED AP, and/or BCA accreditation a plus.
