The Pool Concierge plays a vital role in providing professional greetings, maintaining accounts, and offering knowledge about Life Time products and services to members and guests.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certified; minimum of 6 months customer service experience; ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours at a time; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet; ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
