Position: Anderson Tavern Head Chef
About: McMenamins is seeking a Chef to manage all daily functions of the kitchen and kitchen staff, overseeing food production, menu development, catering, staff supervision, and training. This role involves high-energy and fast-paced work environments with a focus on safety and team collaboration.
Requirements: Previous culinary experience or education; Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; Maintain a current Food Handlers card; Flexible schedule required including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work efficiently & multi-task in a sometimes stressful environment; Working knowledge of all company policies and procedures
