Position: Ambassador Ambulatory Concierge
About: Penn Medicine, a leading academic medical center, is currently seeking an Ambassador Ambulatory Concierge to join their team at the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP) in the PMR General department located at Penn Medicine Radnor. This position focuses on providing high-quality and supportive welcome to patients, visitors, and families by offering information, assistance, and covering for Patient Services Associates (PSA) colleagues when necessary.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate of Arts or Science preferred; demonstrated customer service skills; ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders; basic computer knowledge and skills; excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in English language; critical thinking skills; experience using EMR preferred
