Position: AM Ravello Server (On-Call)
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Server (On-Call) to join their team. The resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service with a dedication to the Golden Rule, providing unique and unforgettable experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage, be able to work on specific days, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements: Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage, fine dining experience is preferred; Must be available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays; Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team; A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers; Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions; High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team; A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States. Thursday and Saturday availability is required, Friday and Sunday is preferred
