Position: AM Cook
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities across the nation. The Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with rapid growth and expansion. The company is currently accepting applications for a full-time Cook to prepare breakfast, including eggs, for residents and guests, working collaboratively with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the direction of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry; experience working in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting; knowledge and ability to prep, prepare, and present food on a buffet, cook eggs and omelets to order, and adhere to food sanitation guidelines; ability to operate kitchen equipment
