Position: AJ’s Fine Foods Pastry Chef – Baseline & Val Vista
About: The Pastry Chef will effectively assist in the operation of prepared foods and work with the Executive Chef to achieve sales and customer service goals established for the department. A Pastry Chef has a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in stocking, production, and merchandising while offering unmatched customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; knowledge of menu planning, pastries, and dessert preparation; excellent customer service skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
