Position: Airport Sous Chef/ Food Supervisor
About: GAT Sky Cafe, located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team. The Sous Chef/Food Supervisor role involves preparing high-quality airline meals according to company standards, menu specifications, and production schedules. The incumbent will oversee food employees in meal preparation, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Requirements: Three to five years of experience in commercial cooking or Apprenticeship or Certification from culinary school required; International Menus a plus; Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP); Understanding and demonstration of financial controls (e.g., keeping food cost within budget, controlling inventory levels, minimizing waste); Good communication and organizational skills; Service orientation; Leadership skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Windows-based computer applications; Job Type: Full-time
