Position: Airport Lounge Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
About: Sodexo Live!’s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opening for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to support the team at our American Express Centurion Lounge at Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for a manager with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge. The lounge will offer top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to it’s elite guests. Position reports to the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; Basic Management Experience – 1 year; a supervisory culinary background within hotel banquets, country clubs and upscale restaurants with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends; excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards; the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings or late evenings including weekends and holidays; strong coaching and employee development skills; have a passion for food and innovation; working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
